Attention Homeowners!
The Board of Directors is pleased to welcome back Platinum Management Group (PMG)! Effective February 1, 2025, Eric Fordyce and his team will be managing the "Terraces" HOA. If you haven't received a welcome packet from PMG or need assistance with setting up monthly assessment payments, contact Erica Healy at:
The Board is also pleased to Welcome South County Landscapes. Starting Monday, February 3, 2025, you will see owner Jose Villalobos and his team on the property twice a week. We kindly ask that you submit any landscape requests to PMG as the gardeners will be given very specific assignments to complete each day they are on the grounds.
Lastly, there is no poop fairy. Please immediately pick up after your pet defecates. Dog waste attracts rats and transmits disease. Your neighbors, the gardeners, and other Terrace vendors thank you !

Hello The Terrace at Canyon Hills Homeowners,
We're excited to announce that at the recent Board of Directors meeting, the board requested the formation of several committees to help enhance and strengthen our community. These committees include:
Architectural Committee
Finance Committee
Landscape Committee
Maintenance Committee
Parking Committee
Communication Committee
Welcome & Fun Committee
Committee charters are being created and plans are to start the committees in the January/February timeframe.
