Call for Architecture Committee Volunteers
The Board is looking for at least 3 homeowners who would like to take an active role in the community by volunteering to serve on the new architectural committee. Committee members will be selected at the May 12th HOA meeting.

The use of electrical or gasoline powered blowers, such as commonly used by gardeners and other persons for cleaning lawns, yards, driveways, gutters and other property is prohibited at any time within Laguna Beach city limits. COE 7.25.070 (D)

There is no poop fairy. Please immediately pick up after your pet defecates. Dog waste attracts rats and transmits disease. Your neighbors, the gardeners, and other Terrace vendors thank you !

Spring is the perfect time to freshen the home to save on your energy bills.

Clean oven/range: Appliances with leftover residue and grease/dirt from heavy use absorb more heat, reducing efficiency.

Vacuum refrigerator coils: Dust on coils causes the motor to work harder and use more energy.

Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries: Replace annually for safety.
