NOTICES: Association notices will no longer be posted on mailboxes. New bulletin boards have been placed at each pool to use for official association notices. The mailboxes have been freshly painted.

Please refrain from taping any notices on the mailboxes.

IMPROVEMENTS: With the nice weather upon us, we are continuing with "improvement" mode: landscape renovations, painting of wrought iron fences, painting of garage trim, tree maintenance, downspout replacement, and mail box painting; with much more to come.

SANTA ROSA POOL: Reminder, the Santa Rosa pool will be closed May 2nd for complete renovation. We originally scheduled this for April but the bad weather delayed the contractor. Due to health department requirements the renovation could not be delayed any longer. The pool is estimated to be back in service by June 10th. The San Nicholas pool will remain open.
